Rockport. Jim summarizes the job of interim minister in
this way: |
"I believe God has called me to be a non-anxious
presence while serving the church fully
as pastor its as it goes through a period of
transition. This includes celebrating its past,
connecting with its strengths, catching a vision
for God's purpose, and helping steer the church toward
leadership which will help the church live out this
vision."
