March 20 -- Overboard

Founded in the spring of
2006, Overboard is a male a cappella group from Boston. Although
Overboard's repertoire consists primarily of contemporary
pop/rock songs, including covers from such artists as Rascall
Flatts, Stevie Wonder and The Beatles, the group remains true to
its a cappella roots and continues to perform classic selections
such as "Blue Moon," "In The Still of the Night" and "Stand By
Me." In 2007, Overboard was selected as a top five finalist in
the Boyz II Men/CBS Early Show A Cappella Quest competition. In
April 2009, Overboard’s CD “Tidings” received a Contemporary A
Cappella Recording Award (CARA) nomination for "Best Holiday
Album" and, a track from the album, a dance remix of "We Three
Kings," won the award for "Best Holiday Song." Overboard
recently released its fifth album: “Help”, a concept album
telling the story of love lost and found through the music of
the Beatles.
Learn more about Overboard and listen to their music at

Jon Macey and Steve Gilligan with Mike
Cangemi

Jon Macey and Steve
Gilligan are songwriters and musicians who have a deep
admiration for American folk and country music. Both
have been professional musicians for
many years, and are accomplished in
the pop, rock & contemporary folk music worlds. They
blend these elements
to put a unique spin on old time, rock
& roll, country, folk, and pop music, creating a sound that is
at once completely original and familiar. Steve and Jon are
both lead singers, and they blend
their voices in wonderful two part harmony.
They typically use mandolin or mandocello in combination
with acoustic guitar to create a simple but
full sound out of simplicity. Besides playing songs
from Everything Under the Sun, their debut CD as a duo,
their live shows include their take on
great songs by some of their favorites: Gram Parsons, Merle
Haggard, Bob Dylan, The Louvin Brothers, Hank Williams, and many
others. Learn more about Jon Macey and
Steve Gilligan at
